11. Bend up the control box bracket. The bracket is flat
when the unit is received. Screw the control box to
the tab.
12. Use the "U" shaped self-adhesive cable retainer to
hold the main wiring to the floor of the appliance.
Position it approximately mid point between the
speed control box and fan motor.
13. Mount the thermal sensor switch to the left
underside of the burner module using the 2 sheet
metal screws provided.
(These screws are already in the burner module and
are typically factory installed from the top of the
module plate.)

NOTE
It is possible to disconnect the thermal switch
wire leads at the control box to facilitate easier
assembly. It is important to ensure that the
connections are held when pulling them apart,
rather than pulling on the wire, which can result
in damage to the connections.
Ensure the connections are fully inserted when
re-assembling them.
14. Re-assemble the fireplace by replacing the burner
module, rear log support, liners, fuel bed and
window.
15. Re-set gas supply at the appliance.
16. Test the fan operation with the fireplace with the
control box energized. This will require letting the
fireplace come up to operating temperature for
approximately 10 –15 minutes. Ensure that the
variable speed control is turned to the ON position
at HIGH.
