one that is too diluted may not clean properly. Do not use any
abrasive detergents.
IMPORTANT
In order to avoid damaging the dispenser, only use
detergents that are compatible with plastic components.
2 Use a suitable brush and wash thoroughly with the
detergent solution all parts that come into contact with the
beverage.
ATTENTION
When cleaning the dispenser, do not use large quantities
of water in the vicinity of electrical components; if you
do, this may cause electric shocks or damage the
dispenser.
3 Rinse all washed parts under running water
6. 3 SANITIZING
Sanitising must be performed immediately prior to operating the
dispenser; avoid leaving it unused for any length of time after
sanitising.
1 Before beginning the procedures described below, wash
your hands with anti-bacterial soap.
2 In a basin, prepare approximately one litre of hot water (45-
60°C) and sanitiser approved by your country's authorities,
following the manufacturer's instructions. If you do not have
specific sanitisers, prepare a solution of water and sodium
hypochlorite (bleach) in a proportion of 1 spoonful for every 2
litres of water.
3 Soak all the parts to be sanitised into the solution for the
amount of time specified by the product manufacturer.
4 Allow to dry all sanitised parts in the open air, on a clean
surface.
5 Dry all the external parts of the dispenser without using
abrasive cloths.

replaced by the manufacturer or by its service centre, or
in any case by similar qualified professionals, in order to
avoid all risk.
1 Once a day: inspect the dispenser and check that water is
not leaking out. In the case of any leaking, first check for the
overflowing of water in the tank and, if this is not the cause, call
the support service.
2 Once a month: run a dispenser descaling cycle .
When necessary, use only original spare parts supplied by the
manufacturer
7. 1 DECALCIFICATION CYCLE OF THE
DISPENSER
Remove the front cover and take out the water tank. Empty any
residual liquid and fill the same tank with approximately two
litres of water and the manufacturer's recommended amount of
descaler. Put the tank back in place making sure to immerse the
water pipe and its filter properly. Press the water dispensing
keys until approximately a cup of liquid comes out of each of the
dispensing nozzles. Wait about 10 minutes without dispensing,
in order to allow the descaling solution to take effect. Then press
the water dispensing keys in alternation until all the solution in
the tank has come out.
Remove the tank, empty it of any residual solution, wash it under
running water and fill it again with drinking water. Make sure to
remove any traces of the descaling solution from the water pipe
and its filter.
Put the tank back in place making sure to immerse the water
pipe and its filter properly.
Dispense the entire content of the tank pressing the water
