WARRANTY
The consumer has the rights stated in applicable national
laws governing the sale of consumption goods and the war-
rany does not alter these rights.
The product is guaranteed for manufacturing defects for the
period indicated on the warranty card issued at the purchase
of the product.
The warranty is valid only if the product sent for repair comes
with the original warranty card, that shows, without any inter-
ference, the dealer's stamp and date of purchase.
The transport, to and from the Technical Service of CANICOM
Srl, is at the user's charge.
The warranty does not cover defects caused by use or pro-
duct connections to accessories and/or software not manu-
factured or supplied by the Manufacturer or by product use for
purposes other than those for which it was designed. It is not
valid in the event of opening, alterations or repairs by indivi-
duals other than authorised service centres or in the event of
repairs with unauthorised spare parts. The warranty is not va-
lid and no claims can be filed if the product's original functions
and features were altered or modified.
The purchaser has no right to any reimbursement for device
downtime nor for costs incurred for direct or indirect damages
due to improper or unusual device use.
