General

The meter Mod. 075 D is 3
displaying. It is widely used on measuring DCV, ACV, DVA, ACA resistance, capacitance,
frequency, temperature, diode and continuity test, has the function of overload
protection, auto power-off and data hold. The key of meter is dual-integral A/D
transfer.
• The meter Mod. 075 D meets the standard of IEC 1010.
• Read the manual before operation. When measuring voltage, do not input
the limited voltage over 1000V DC or 700V AC RMS.
• The voltage below 60V is safety, when measuring voltage over 60V DC or 40V AC,
check whether the test leads are connected correctly, whether the insulation is
good, to avoid electric shot.
• When changing function and range, the testing leads should be removed from
the testing points.
• Select correct function and range.
• When measuring current, do not input current over 10A.
• Do not connect to a voltage over 1000V DC or 700V AC RMS.
• Do not measure voltage at Ω range.
• Do not operate the instrument before fixing the rear case or finishing replacing
battery.

Maintenance

Do not try to modify the circuit.
Before replacing battery or fuse, remove the testing leads from testing point and
turn the power off.
Do not operate the instrument when the battery is not fitted or the rear is not
fixed.

Panel description

1. LCD display 3
2. "DC/AC" key. Up for DC and down for AC and "AC" display on LCD.
3. "HOLD" key. Press it, the present reading will be held on LCD and "H" displays,
press it again, "H" symbol disappears and quits the mode.
4. Knob. Use to change range and function.
5. 10A current test terminal.
6. Terminal for current less than: 200mA-F-TEMP
7. GND
8. Terminal for: Volt–Ohm-Hz
9. "POWER" key. Turn power on/off
Auto power off: the meter will auto power off after approx. 10 minutes. Press
"POWER" key twice can repower it.
Voltage measurement (DCV)
• Set the knob to a proper voltage range.
• When measuring DCV, make the key "DC/AC" up to DC measuring mode.
• Apply the black test lead to "COM" terminal.
• Apply the red test lead to "V – Ω – Hz" terminal.
