• Apply the test leads crossly to the circuit under measured, the voltage and
polarity of the point which red lead connects to will display on LCD.
Note: If the voltage range under measured is unknown beforehand, set the range
knob to the highest range, then, select proper range according to displaying value.
If LCD display "1", it means overload, should turn the range knob to a higher range.
Do not input a voltage over 1000V DC, may damage the circuit.
Be careful when measuring high voltage.
Voltage measurement (ACV)
• Set the knob to a proper voltage range.
• When measuring ACV, make the key down AC measuring mode.
• Apply the black test lead to "COM" terminal.
• Apply the red test lead to "V – Ω - Hz" terminal.
• Apply the test leads crossly to the circuit under measured.
Note: If the voltage range under measured is unknown beforehand, set the range
knob to the highest range, then, select proper range according to displaying value.
If LCD display "1", it means overload, should turn the range knob to a higher range.
Do not input a voltage over 700V AC RMS, may damage the circuit.
Be careful when measuring high voltage.
Before measuring 200mV/AC, displaying might not be zero because
of high input resistance, it will not effect the result, can be ignored.
Current measurement (DCA)
• Set the knob to a proper current range.
• When measuring DCA, make the key "DC/AC" up to DC measuring mode.
• Apply the black test lead to "COM" terminal.
• Apply the red test lead to "mA or 10A" terminal.
• Connect the meter to the circuit under measured, current and the point's current
polarity which red lead connects to will display on LCD.
Current measurement (ACA)
• Set the knob to a proper current range.
• When measuring ACA, make the key down AC measuring mode.
• Apply the black test lead to "COM" terminal.
• Apply the red test lead to "mA or 10A" terminal.
• Connect the meter to the circuit under measured.
Note: If the current range under measured is unknown beforehand, set the range
knob to the highest range, then, select proper range according to displaying value.
If LCD display "1", it means overload, should turn the range knob to a higher range.
The max input current is 200mA or 10A (depending on where the
red testing lead plug in), overload will blow the fuse; be careful at
10A range because of not fuse. With respect to the ground the
instrument should not be connect to a voltage higher than 500V.

Resistance measurement

• Set the knob to a proper range.
• Apply the black test lead to "COM" terminal.
• Apply the red test lead to "V – Ω – Hz" terminal.
