Warranty Information
Your 100% Satisfaction Is Our Goal
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Innotek purchase, you have 30 days from the original purchase date to return this product,
along with a copy of the purchase receipt, to the original place of purchase for a full refund. Return policies with respect to the condition
of the product and packaging, the requirement for a receipt and other matters may vary from store to store and this 30-day warranty is
conditional upon your compliance with the applicable retailer's policy.
LIMITED WARRANTY
INNOTEK
®
, Inc. warrants that all Innotek products will be free from defects in material and workmanship, under normal use, for a period
of one year from the date of the original retail purchase. This limited warranty excludes; damage due to dog chews; neglect; alteration;
misuse and lightning (where the Innotek lightning protection component is not in use (for in-ground pet fencing systems).
After the expiry of the one-year warranty period, INNOTEK

from time to time, based on the components requiring repair. Notwithstanding the above, INNOTEK
replacement parts or service available after the expiry of the one-year limited warranty period.
The costs of repair and/or maintenance services (if not under warranty) are dependent on the processing time. Please do not return this
product to your retailer. Shipping costs (whether the product is under warranty or not) are to be paid by you.
This warranty is non-transferable and is granted solely to the original retail purchaser.
BY YOUR PURCHASE AND USE OF THIS PRODUCT, TO THE EXTENT POSSIBLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH APPLICABLE LAW, (1) YOU
EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM THE PROVISIONS OF ALL APPLICABLE PROVINCIAL OR TERRITORIAL CONSUMER PROTECTION, SALE OF GOODS
AND OTHER SIMILAR LEGISLATION (INCLUDING THE QUÉBEC CIVIL CODE) THAT PRESCRIBE IMPLIED WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO
THE MERCHANTABLE QUALITY OR THE FITNESS FOR PURPOSE OF THIS PRODUCT OR OTHER SIMILAR IMPLIED WARRANTIES; (2) YOU
ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOUR REMEDIES AND RIGHT TO DAMAGES AND COSTS RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THIS
PRODUCT OR CAUSED BY ANY DEFECT, FAILURE OR MALFUNCTION OF IT ARE LIMITED TO THE PRICE PAID BY YOU FOR THIS PRODUCT
AND THAT ALL ADDITIONAL RIGHTS AND REMEDIES RELATING TO SUCH DAMAGES AND COSTS PROVIDED IN ANY OF THE ABOVE
LEGISLATION ARE DISCLAIMED. INNOTEK
DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THIS PRODUCT OR CAUSED BY ANY DEFECT, FAILURE OR MALFUNCTION OF IT, WHETHER A
