Before starting

WARNING! Please read the operator's

manual carefully and make sure you
understand the instructions before using
the machine.
Wear personal protective equipment. See
instructions under the heading "Personal
protective equipment".
Make sure no unauthorised persons are
in the working area, otherwise there is a
risk of serious personal injury.
• Check that the machine is assembled correctly and do
not show any signs of damage. See instructions in the
section "Assembling and adjustments".
• Perform daily maintenance. See instructions in the
section "Maintenance".

Starting

NOTICE! Changing mechanical gear may only be done
when the machine is switched off. Otherwise there is a
risk of damaging the gearbox.
• Select mechanical gear by turning the drill spindle and
at the same time moving the gear selector to the
required position.
• Select the desired gear with the gear selector for the
electronic gears after the prevailing driving conditions.
See the table, Technical Data.

STARTING AND STOPPING

• Set the required water flow
• Start the machine by switching on the on-off switch.

Stopping

CAUTION! The drill bit continues to rotate
!
for a while after the motor has been
switched off. Make sure that the drill bit
can rotate freely until it is completely
stopped. Carelessness can result in
serious personal injury.
• Allow the water to flow for a few minutes to cool the
motor before turning off the water.
• The motor is turned off with the switch.
