Before you use
Delphine Plus
for the first time or if it has
not been used for more than four weeks,
you should inflate the balloon by first
closing the air release valve, then
squeezing the hand pump about ten
times in sequence.
Open the air release valve to let the air
out and return the balloon to its original
shape. This allows you to test the device.

uncontrolled movements of the balloon.
