2. P
reliminary oPerations
Before installing the heater, 2 preliminary operations must be done: select product ID and fix the support bra-
ckets.
Product ID selection
The heater is controlled by a dedicated remote, sold separately, that can pilot up to 6 units. If you use more than
one product it is necessary to set for each one a unique ID (identification number) to handle them independently.
To set the product ID proceed as follows:
-
Open the control panel by removing the 2 screws as shown in picture 1;
-
Move the switch corresponding to the ID to be assigned to the radiator to the ON position as shown in
picture 2;
-
Check that the switches corresponding to all the other IDs are in the OFF position;
-
Close the control panel and fix the cover with the 2 screws previously removed.
If the same ID number is assigned to two or more products and all the products fall within the range of the
remote control, they will turn on/off simultaneously.
The new products are pre-programmed in the factory with the ID number "1".
Fixing support brackets
The support brackets are needed both for wall or ceiling installation. To fix them to the product use the 4 screws
M4x8 mm and the 4 washers provided as shown in picture 3.
3. W
all mounting
Always observe the minimum distances from ceiling, floor and walls as indicated in picture 4. Never install the
product so that the distance between the floor and the lower side of the product is less than 1,8m.
Only fix the heater in horizontal position with the supply cord on the right as shown in picture 4.
It's forbidden to install the radiator in vertical position, in any inclined position or in horizontal position with the
cable on the left side as shown in picture 5.
If installed outside, the product must always be placed under a protective roof to prevent direct exposure to rain
and moisture.
Drill into the wall two 8mm diameter holes at a distance of 256mm and insert the rawplugs as shown in picture 6.
Secure the bracket to the wall with the 2 screws provided, making sure to hold up the side of the bracket with
the bolt shown in picture 7.
Insert the product into the bracket and tighten the 2 allen screws M5x12mm supplied (picture 8).
Adjust the angle of the product as required (picture 9) and then firmly tighten the 2 side screws.
After installing the product always make sure that the power cord is not in contact with any metal surface of
the radiator and does not pass to the top of it as shown in picture 14. In case of contact, the high temperatures
reached from the case could damage the cable.
