RETIRER LES OBTURATEURS AVANT.
À l'aide d'un outil de démontage de garniture en plastique, soulever
et retirer délicatement les obturateurs avant des longerons de
chaque côté du véhicule. AVERTISSEMENT : ne pas utiliser d'outil en
métal. Faire attention de ne pas bosseler ou endommager le véhicule.
CONSEIL : placer une serviette enroulée pour protéger la carrosserie.

RETIRER LES OBTURATEURS ARRIÈRE.
À l'aide d'un outil de démontage de garniture en plastique, soulever
et retirer délicatement les obturateurs arrière des longerons de
chaque côté du véhicule. AVERTISSEMENT : ne pas utiliser d'outil en
métal. Faire attention de ne pas bosseler ou endommager le véhicule.
CONSEIL : placer une serviette enroulée pour protéger la carrosserie.

DESSERRER LES BOULONS DES LONGERONS.
À l'aide d'une clé de 12 mm, desserrer les boulons qui fixent les
longerons. Les boulons ne s'enlèvent pas : il faut simplement les
desserrer suffisamment pour libérer le longeron.

RETIRER LES LONGERONS.
Soulever soigneusement les longerons.
POSE DES INTERCALAIRES
Employer cette image pour faciliter la pose des intercalaires au cours
des prochaines étapes. Les intercalaires doivent être installés aux
emplacements illustrés ici.
APPLIQUER DU MASTIC SILICONE SUR

LES POINTS DE MONTAGE ARRIÈRE.
Appliquer une quantité généreuse de mastic silicone autour des
points de montage les plus en arrière.

METTRE EN PLACE LES INTERCALAIRES COURTS.
Mettre en place un intercalaire court et appliquer du mastic sur le
sommet de l'intercalaire.

POSER LA VISSERIE AUX POINTS DE MONTAGE ARRIÈRE.
À l'aide de la clé hexagonale de 5 mm, poser un boulon court
muni d'une rondelle plate. Serrer jusqu'à comprimer l'intercalaire
légèrement (couple : 0,3 Nm).
APPLIQUER DU MASTIC SILICONE SUR LES POINTS DE

MONTAGE AVANT.
Appliquer une quantité généreuse de mastic silicone autour des
tubes avant des points de montage les plus en avant.

RETIRE LAS CUBIERTAS DELANTERAS.
Utilice un extractor de molduras de plástico para hacer palanca y
retirar con cuidado la cubierta delantera de los rieles laterales del
vehículo. ADVERTENCIA: No utilice una herramienta de metal. Tenga
cuidado de no abollar o rayar el vehículo. CONSEJO: Utilice una
toalla enrollada para proteger el vehículo.

RETIRE LAS CUBIERTAS TRASERAS.
Utilice un extractor de molduras de plástico para hacer palanca
y retirar con cuidado la cubierta trasera de los rieles laterales del
vehículo. ADVERTENCIA: No utilice una herramienta de metal. Tenga
cuidado de no abollar o rayar el vehículo. CONSEJO: Utilice una
toalla enrollada para proteger el vehículo.

AFLOJE LOS TORNILLOS DE LOS RIELES.
Utilice una llave de 12 mm para aflojar los tornillos que fijan cada uno
de los rieles al vehículo. Los tornillos no son desmontables; sólo hay
que aflojarlos lo suficiente para poder retirar los rieles del vehículo.

RETIRE LOS RIELES.
Levante con cuidado los rieles del vehículo.
INSTALACIÓN DE LOS ESPACIADORES
Utilice esta imagen como guía cuando instale los espaciadores en
las etapas subsecuentes. Los espaciadores se deben instalar en las
posiciones que se muestran aquí.

APLIQUE SILICONA EN LOS PUNTOS DE MONTAJE TRASEROS.
Aplique una cantidad abundante de silicona alrededor de los puntos
de montaje de más atrás.

COLOQUE LOS ESPACIADORES BAJOS.
Coloque un espaciador bajo y aplique silicona en la parte superior del
mismo.
INSTALE LAS PIEZAS DE FIJACIÓN EN LOS PUNTOS DE

MONTAJE TRASEROS.
Utilice la llave hexagonal de 5 mm para instalar una arandela plana y
un tornillo corto. Apriete hasta que el espaciador quede ligeramente
comprimido (0,3 Nm de par).
APLIQUE SILICONA EN LOS PUNTOS DE MONTAJE

DELANTEROS.
Aplique una cantidad abundante de silicona alrededor de los tubos
delanteros en los puntos de montaje de más adelante.
