MAINTENANCE

Good maintenance will extend the life of the machine. Prolonged or constant use may require more intensive
maintenance for the machine to continue to function properly.
ATTENTION: Make sure the engine is completely shut down before performing any maintenance
or repair. This will eliminate any potential risk.

Check to see if the panel knob and switch on the front and back of the machine are in
place. If the knob has not been put correctly into place, please correct. If you cannot
correct or fix the remote control, replace it immediately;
If the switch is not flexible or cannot be properly replaced, please replace it immediately;
if you cannot find the replacement part, contact your dealer.
If there is any of the above problems, find out the reason; if you cannot find the reason,
please contact your service representative.
Make sure the LED display is working properly. If not, replace the damaged LED. If it still
does not work, please replace the display.
Note that the minimum/maximum LED value matches the setting value. If there is any
difference that has affected the standard welding please adjust it.
Check the fan for damage, rotation and control operation. If the fan is damaged, please
replace it immediately. If the fan does not turn after the welding machine is hot, check
to see if something is blocking the blade, and if it is blocked, unlock it. If the fan does
not rotate once resolved, contact your service representative.
Check to see if the quick-connector is overheated.
Check that the power output cable is not damaged. If damaged, replace it.
Use ai re dry compressed to clean the inside of the arc welding machine. Especially
for cleaning the dust from the fan, the main voltage transformer, IGBT module, fast
recovery unit and PCB.
Check the lock on the arc welding machine, if it is loose, tighten the screw...If it is
damaged, replace it. If rusted, please remove the rust from the bolt to ensure proper
operation.
Verify that the current values match the value shown. If they do not match, regulate it.
The actual current value can be measured through the amp meter.
