Match the marks on the
tripod mount and the
tripod mount locking
knob.

While pulling out the
tripod mount locking
knob, open and remove
the tripod mount.
When detaching the

tripod mount, support the
lens and digital camera
to ensure they do not fall.

Attach by reversing the steps used to detach.
Match the marks on the

tripod mount and the
lens.
When attaching the

tripod mount, pull out the
tripod mount locking
knob first and then close
the tripod mount.
Be careful not to pinch

your fingers between the
tripod mount and the lens.
