O.I.S. switch
You can use the image stabilizer function to match
the recording method.
[MODE1]: Image stabilizer suited to normal
recording
[MODE2]: Image stabilizer suited to panning (the
panning direction is automatically
detected and compensated)
[OFF]: The image stabilizer does not work.
We recommend setting the O.I.S. switch to [OFF]

when using a tripod.

While shooting video, in some situations, AF operation
