OPERATING START

After setting the data as explained in paragraph 7.3 - 7.3.1 and 7.3.2 the following occurs:
A. A beep lasting about 5 seconds warns the operator that the kiln has begun its set work
cycle:
• the first temperature setting is shown on the display (1) for a few seconds;
• the yellow CYCLE LED (3) comes on until set temperature is reached;
• the HEATING LED (2) comes on, indicating that the element is on.
B.
When the first temperature setting is reached:
• the first stage holding time is shown on the display (1) for a few seconds;
• the yellow CYCLE LED (3) changes colour and switches to orange;
• the HEATING LED (2) starts flashing.
C. Once the first stage holding time is over a beep lasting about 5 seconds warns the
operator that the oven is now going to stage two:
• the temperature setting for the second and last stage of the work cycle is shown on the
display (1) for a few seconds;
• the orange CYCLE LED (3) changes colour to yellow and stays yellow until the final
temperature setting is reached;
• the HEATING LED (2) comes on, indicating that the element is on.
D. Once the second and last temperature is reached a beep last about 30 seconds is
sounded:
• the current in-chamber temperature appears on the display (1);
• the CYCLE LED (3) changes from yellow to orange;
• the HEATING LED (2) starts flashing.
E. Once work has been completed press the CYCLE (5) key to bring the oven back to the
OFF mode.
The work cycle is only over when the CYCLE key (5) is pressed: this is because the
second stage holding time would otherwise last indefinitely.

CHECKS DURING WORK

Several checks can be made at any time as follows:
A. During the first stage temperature increase:
- by pressing "-" (7) the display shows the holding time setting;
- by pressing "+" (8) the display shows the first stage temperature setting;
- by pressing PROG. (6) the display shows the first temperature increase rate.
B. During the first stage holding time:
- by pressing "-" (7) the display shows the remaining holding time;
- pressing "+" (8) and PROG. (6): as described above in point A.
