MAINTENANCE AND USE MANUAL
C. If the thermocouple breaks the following occurs:
• the flashing legend "tEmP" appears on the display (4).
• an overheating warning buzzer sounds;
• the elements are switched off.
In this condition the thermocouple should be replaced.
D. If the thermocouple is inserted incorrectly the following will occur after just a few minutes:
• the temperature in the firing chamber, as shown on the display (1), will start to fall and remain
constant at around 20°C while the oven continues heating.
• the legends "tCoP" and "OFF" will flash alternately on the display (1);
• a beeper warns the operator.
Switch the oven off via the main switch, insert the thermocouple correctly and restart the oven.
Should even just one of the control and safety devices fail to operate properly
proceed – as far as is possible – as described in section 9.2 and contact you nearest
Authorised Servicing Centre.
Note that the temperature increase rate ranges from 1 °C/min to 30°C/min. However, the oven never
actually attains the rate of 30°C/min: setting the parameter to 30°C/min will, though,
ensure that the oven operates at maximum power.
A. The oven is OFF, as shown on the display (1).
B.
Press PROG. (6). The control panel will display the following:
• The PROG. LED (4) flashes and will continue flashing throughout Data Programming.
• The following messages appear on the display (1) for about two seconds, one after the
other:
- "F1" indicates access to the first stage,
- "tEmP" indicates the settable temperature.
• Two figures appear on the display (1) to enter the first stage temperature;
act on the "-" (7) or "+" (8) keys.
Failure to enter a temperature for the first stage will cause all other first stage
settings to be considered null and void. In this event the oven will go directly to
the second stage of heating.
