Insert a sheet of paper or envelope in the slot between the paper guides.

Press the paper down firmly.

Hold the paper so that the leading edge is making positive contact
with the paper rollers.
Loading a Cut Sheet
Press the FF/Load key to load the form.
With the manual paper selected, the printer will automatically do
a paper load after a form feed. During a paper load, the paper
feed system slowly advances paper to the top print position. The
maximum distance paper will load is seven inches.
While the paper system is advancing following a form feed, slide a
new form into the manual path. The paper will be loaded to the
correct position.
To use this feature, the application must send a form feed after
every page or envelope.
