Steam dispensing - Heating milk for cappuccino

General instructions
Milk is an organic product. It is delicate and therefore easily alterable. Heat changes its structure. From the moment the
container is opened and for the entire period of use, the milk must be kept at a temperature not exceeding 5°C (41°F);
our milk storage appliances are suitable for this purpose.
Note: at the end of the business day (or, in any case, not more than 24 hours after opening the container), unused
milk must be disposed of.
Scalding hazard!
Warning: perform the operations with the greatest care Use the appropriate insulating devices to
move the water and steam nozzles.
1
Direct the nozzle towards the basin,
lower the steam lever and hold it in this
position for a few seconds.
This eliminates any condensation that
may have formed if a medium/long
period of time has passed between
steam dispensing.
4
During steam dispensing turn the
jug slightly to facilitate the frothing
of the milk.
Important advice: the steam nozzle must not be extracted from the liquid before stopping the steam
dispensing.
Cleaning of steam nozzles
After each use:
wash the outside with hot water and a clean sponge, removing any food residue. Rinse thoroughly.
clean the inside of the steam nozzle as follows: turn the nozzle towards the cup tray and dispense
steam at least once, taking great care.
