Any replacement parts should be purchased with
the same specifications as the original equipment.
Please contact the authorized dealer for replace-
ment parts or specifications.
The safety valve is factory installed to prevent over
pressurizing of the air receiver. It is factory set at a
specific limit for your particular model, and should
never be tampered with. Adjustment by user will
automatically void the warranty.
Never spray flammable liquids in a confined area. It
is normal for the motor and pressure switch to
produce sparks while operating. If sparks come into
contact with vapors from gasoline or other solvents,
they may ignite and cause a fire or explosion. Do not
smoke while spraying. Keep the compressor as far
from the spray area as possible.
Rust can weaken the tank. Drain condensation from
the tank after each use to reduce rusting. Do not
weld, drill, or modify the air tank of this compressor.
Welding or modifications to the air tank can severely
impair tank strength and cause an extremely
hazardous condition. If a leak is detected in the tank,
replace the tank immediately.
Always shut off the compressor and bleed all
pressure from the system before servicing the
compressor, or when the compressor is not in use.
Read all labels when you are spraying paints or toxic
materials, and follow the safety instructions.
Never exceed the maximum working pressure of the
tool.
Never attempt to open the drain valve when the tank
pressure is more than 10 PSI.
You can create dust when you cut, sand, drill, or
grind materials such as wood, paint, metal,
concrete, cement, or other masonry. This dust often
contains chemicals known to cause cancer, birth
defects, or other reproductive harm. Always wear
protective gear.
Operation of the unit must always be in a position
that is stable. Never use the unit on an elevated
position that could allow the unit to fall or tip over.
Do not overtighten foot bolts as excessive vibration
may occur.
Only use in a clean, dry, and well-ventilated area.
Heat dissipation fins provide proper cooling. Keep
the fins and other parts that can collect dust clean.
Do not place rags or other materials on top of the
compressor, as this obstructs cooling and can be a
fire hazard.
