The results have been achieved by using an air pressure of 6 bar while operating, with an air flow equal or higher to the
indicated consumption, no air valves at the entry have been applied but a standard silencer at the exit.
NOISE
The table of technical specifications indicates the noise level- where the noise level exceeds 85 dB (A) the noise power is
also indicated. Ear protectors must be worn where the noise level exceeds 85 dB (A) at the operator position. We
recommend that you also wear ear protectors below this noise level.
Noise risk and hearing damage are related to the intensity of the noise source and the length of exposure. Noise risk
must be assessed on a case by case basis taking into account these two factors. Measures should be taken against
hearing damage in accordance with current Health and Safety regulations.
MATERIALS
Ober pneumatic motors are made from steel, aluminium, cast iron, rubber and plastic components that do not contain
substances harmful to the environment or people. However the individual materials should be disposed of separately in
accordance with national waste recycling regulations.

Bearing SKF 607: C=1720 N, C0=620 N.
Bearing SKF 61900: C=1950 N, C0=750 N.
Using the formula recommended by SKF for dimensioning
bearings, the load is calculated as follows:

bearing.
Taking 10 million cycles as the number of cycles before a
breakage should occur, the result is:
10=(1950/P)3, where P=800 N.
