USER GUIDE

In order to ensure that your new power inverter will work properly, pro-
vide long operation time and lifespan, follow the instructions below.
SAFETY RULES
Caution is required while using and disposing of the device. Incorrect
usage and not following the guidelines below may pose a threat to
life or health and property.
• Do not throw into fire.
• Do not use the inverter near flammable objects.
• Keep away from extreme heat, cold, and moisture.
• Do not expose the inverter to temperatures exceeding 40 °C (104 °F).
• Do not spray with water under high pressure.
• Place the device in a clean environment.
• The inverter case may become very hot under high power operation.
Ensure at least 5 cm (2 in) of air space on all sides of the device.
• Keep out of reach of children and pets.
• Do not bite, suck, crush, or pierce, do not open the case and do
not drop.
• Do not insert any objects into the AC outlet, fan or vent openings.
• Do not open the device. Do not try to repair it on your own.
• The inverter generates the same potentially lethal AC power as a
normal wall socket, handle with caution.
• Use the supplied power cables to connect the inverter with the bat-
tery. If 2 pairs are included, connect both in parallel. Otherwise, a
cable may become hot and eventually cause sparks or fire.
• The inverter has two terminals installed in the case, connect them
with the battery or cigarette lighter socket using supplied wires.
• Do not connect devices with required power greater than the
inverter power. When using the inverter continuously, we rec-
ommend using 85% of the maximum power to extend the life
of the device.
• Sparks may occur when connecting the unit to the battery, which is
normal. Before connecting, make sure that there are no flammable
fumes or materials nearby.
• Do not use the inverter with battery operated devices or chargers
for power tools that have dangerous voltages on the terminals.
• Do not use the inverter with medical equipment.
• If you see any damage, do not use the device.
• Be careful when handling and disposing of the device. Incorrect use
of the inverter may cause health and safety hazards.
Note: A reverse polarity connection (positive to negative) may dam-
age the inverter fuse. Damage caused by a reverse polarity connec-
tion will invalidate your warranty.
At the end of its useful life, do not dispose of the device with your
normal household waste. For proper treatment, recovery and recy-
cling, take this product to a designated collection point.
Connecting devices
• Before connecting a receiving device, connect the inverter to a bat-
tery or a cigarette lighter using appropriate wires.
• Verify the battery voltage and make sure the inverter is properly
selected for it.
• To connect the inverter to the battery, connect the red terminal (+) with
the battery positive (+) sign using the red cable. Then, connect the black
terminal (-) with the negative (-) mark of the battery with the black cable.
• To connect your inverter to the cigarette lighter socket, select the
appropriate cable and connect in the same way: black cable with
black terminal and red cable with red terminal.
• Tighten the cap on each DC terminal. If the design of the connector
is suitable, use tools to tighten the screw.
• Plug the device into the mains or USB port on the inverter casing.
6
Note: When connecting a device with your inverter through the ciga-
rette lighter cable, use devices with maximum 150 W power for 12 V
and maximum 300 W for 24 V sockets. If these values are exceeded,
the cigarette lighter socket may be damaged or the fuses in the sock-
et installation may blow.
Using the inverter
Note: Before using the inverter, provide a ground connection wire
(choose a heavy duty, insulated wire). Use the terminal on the back
of the inverter to connect to a grounded power outlet. If you are using
a vehicle battery, mount the cable on the chassis. If you are using a
boat battery, mount it on its grounding system.
• Turn the inverter ON by switching the button from 0 to 1.
• When the green LED lights up, you can start the connected device.
If there is more than one device connected, start them one by one,
in short time spaces.
• After using the inverter, disconnect it from the power supply.
Note: We recommend using batteries designed for cyclic operation.
If a „low battery voltage" alarm sound turns on, switch the inverter
off immediately. When the battery is fully charged, the inverter can
be used again. If the inverter is used with a vehicle, you must start
the engine every time to use the inverter.
Replacing the fuse
To properly replace a fuse in your inverter, follow the instructions below:
1. 1. Disconnect your inverter from a power source, turn it on, and let
it discharge completely (the indicator lights should turn off).
2. Remove 4 screws from the inverter cover and remove the cover.
3. Remove the fuses from the slots on the motherboard by pulling
them upward.
4. Insert new fuses.
5. Place the cover and screw in the 4 screws.
6. Start the unit with extra caution.
Note: The INVGC series usually have more parts that need to be
detached and may have fuses situated on the device casing. If the
fuses are inside the device, you have to unscrew the front and back
panel first and then the bottom panel to access them. Then, to re-
place fuses in your INVGC models, follow the instructions listed in
"Replacing the fuse" in steps 3–6.
