TROUBLESHOOTING

Potential solution
Check/move the antenna
Move the radio to another location. Search exclusi-
vely for radio stations with strong signal reception
Search exclusively for radio stations with strong
signal reception
Make sure that the network connection between the
router and the Internet radio can be established
Access the MAC address of the Internet radio via
Menu > System settings > Network > View settings
and add them to the router list.
Check the distance to the router; check if other
device can connect to the WLAN network from the
location of the Internet Radio
Check that the following ports are open on the router:
UDP and TCP ports 80 and 123; DNS port 53. Win-
dows shares: Port 135 - 139 and 445.
