smoothly. The knife must be guided in the slot on
the rear bar (Item N, Fig. 4).
5. Check the screw (Item O, Fig. 4). Torque 3 Nm.
6. Fit the finger guard (Item J, Fig. 4), blade
protection (Item H, Fig. 4) and support bracket
(Item P, Fig. 4) again. Adjust the blade guard and
support bracket with the screws (Item G, Fig. 4) to
an ideal position in relation to the knife (Item M,
Fig. 4).

Exchanging the blade holder EFA-RZ100
Warning!
Before manipulating the tool, the
compressed air supply must either
be closed or uncoupled!
1. Insert blade holder (item. A, fig. 5) all the way into
the device. Please note: The screw (item B, fig. 5)
must be undone for this process.
2. Tighten the screw (item B, fig. 5) with the supplied
torque wrench with 3 Nm.

To reduce the risk of injuries, observe the stated fitting
sequence of the screws when fitting/removing the
blades.
1. Secure the blade (item K, fig. 6) with washer (item
L, fig. 6) and screw (item 1, fig. 6).
2. Secure the washer (item L, fig. 6) with screw (item
2, fig. 6).
3. Secure the washer (item L, fig. 6) with screw (item
3, fig. 6).
4. Secure the washer (item L, fig. 6) with screw (item
4, fig. 6).
5. Align the blade and tighten the 4 screws with 3
Nm.
