Installation guide for Eiffel lavatory faucet
Important: For the handles' adjustment, rotate the cartridge in the closed position (cold
side turned counterclockwise, hot side turned clockwise).
A. Slide the pop-up rod (19) through the spout.
B. Take the spout (18) assembly and insert it in the proper hole. Make sure the o-ring (17) is
placed between the spout's base and the lavatory/countertop. Underneath the lavatory/
countertop, slide, on the threaded shaft, the gasket (16), the washer (15), and the nut (14), in
this particular order. DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN.
C. On each spindle (10), put a set including: a nut (7), a washer (8), and a gasket (9). Insert
each spindle from under the lavatory/countertop then, use another set on top. At this point,
adjust the spindles' position, according to the handles' flange (6), with the gage (20) included.
DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN.
D. Screw the "T" fitting (13) with the gasket (12) on the threaded shaft. Then, attach the "T" fit-
ting's lavatory's flexible hoses (15) to the spindles, in this particular order.
E. On the spindle (10), place the flange (6), then slide the rod (5) into the flange (6). Insert the
plastic ring (4).
F. Insert the screw (3) through the rod (5) and screw it to the spindle (10).
G. Mount the handles (1) on the rod (5) with the set screws (2).
H. Finalize the assembling by tightening the nut (7) under the lavatory/worktop. DO NOT OVER
TIGHTEN.
I.
Connect the water supplies to the spindles: Hot on left and cold on right.
J. Check all joints for leaks.
K. See the corresponding section in this guide to assemble the pop-up drain.
*The positioning of the gaskets (10) is important. The ridges on them are there to help center the
spindles (11) in the opening. The spindle with the marks and blue dot is for the cold water side.
Procédure de montage pour robinet de lavabo Eiffel
Important : Pour l'ajustement des poignées, placer les cartouches en position fermée (côté
chaud tourné dans le sens horaire, côté froid tourné dans le sens antihoraire).
A. Glisser la tige (19) dans le trou approprié sur le bec.
B. Prendre l'assemblage du bec (18), et l'introduire dans l'ouverture appropriée, tout en prenant
soin de positionner le joint torique (17) entre la base du bec et le lavabo/comptoir. Sous la
surface, glisser (dans cet ordre) le joint d'étanchéité (16), la rondelle métallique (15), et
l'écrou (14) sur la tige filetée. NE PAS TROP SERRER.
C. Procéder au montage des pivots (10) sous le lavabo/comptoir en enfilant un ensemble com-
prenant: un écrou (7), une rondelle métallique (8), et un joint d'étanchéité (9). Répéter l'étape
sur le dessus. Ajuster la position des pivots en hauteur selon la hauteur des bases des poi-
gnées (6) tout en utilisant le gabarit (20) inclus. NE PAS TROP SERRER.
D. Visser le raccord en "T" (13) sur la tige filetée du bec en intercalant le joint d'étanchéité (12).
Visser, par la suite, les tuyaux flexibles (11) du raccord en "T" aux pivots, dans cet ordre.
E. Sur le pivot (10), placer la rosace (6), et glisser la tige (5) dans la rosace (6). Insérer l'anneau

de plastique (4).
F. Insérer la vis (3) à travers la tige (5) et la visser au pivot (10).
G. Procéder au montage des poignées (1) sur la tige (5) avec les vis d'assemblage (2).
H. Finaliser l'assemblage en serrant l'écrou (7) en dessous du lavabo/comptoir. NE PAS TROP
SERRER.
I.
Effectuer le branchement des conduites d'eau: Chaude à gauche et froide à droite.
J. Faire une vérification des jonctions pour détecter toute fuite.
K. Voir la section correspondante dans ce guide pour terminer l'assemblage du drain de vidange
*L'orientation des joints d'étanchéités (10) est importante. Les renflements servent à positionner
les pivots (11) au centre des trous. Le pivot avec les marques et le point bleu servira pour le côté
