Installation guide for Zendo, KS, QS, TM & TQ series lavatory faucets
Important: For the handles' adjustment, rotate the cartridge in the closed position (cold side
turned counterclockwise, hot side turned clockwise).
A. Slide the spout assembly (18) into the center hole, making sure the decorative ring (20), the
o-ring (21), and the pop-up rod (17) are inserted.
B. From underneath, insert the gasket (12), the washer (13), and the nut (14) onto the threaded
shaft (19). DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN.
C. From underneath the lavatory/countertop, slide the spindles (7) in the proper holes with a nut
(10), a washer (9), and a gasket (8), in this particular order.
D. Over the lavatory/countertop, insert the o-ring (6) and screw the decorative ring (5) onto the
spindle (7). Screw the spindle's nut (10) with the gage (22) included in order to adjust the
spindles' height.
E. Screw the decorative sleeve (4) onto the spindle (7) all the way. DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN.
F. Screw the "T" fitting (15) with the gasket (16) on the threaded shaft. Then, attach the "T" fitting's
lavatory's flexible hoses (11) to the spindles (7).
G. Assemble the handles (3) and the handle caps (1), then adjust the handles' position. For Zendo,
KS and QS models, install the handle (1), tighten the screw (2), and insert the screw cap (3).

H. Finalize the assembling by tightening with the nut (10) underneath the lavatory/countertop. DO
NOT OVER TIGHTEN.
I.
Connect the water supplies to the spindles: Hot on the left and cold on the right.
J. Check all joints for leaks.
K. See the corresponding section in this guide to assemble the pop-up drain.
*The positioning of the gaskets (8) is important. The ridges on them are there to help center the
spindles (7) in the opening. The spindle with the marks and the blue dot is for the cold water side.

séries Zendo, KS, QS, TM et TQ
Important : Pour l'ajustement des poignées, placer, en position fermée, les cartouches (côté
chaud tourné dans le sens horaire, côté froid tourné dans le sens antihoraire).
A. Passer l'assemblage du bec (18) dans le trou central en s'assurant d'enfiler la bague décorative
(20), le joint torique (21), ainsi que la tige de vidange (17).
B. Par le dessous, insérer, sur la tige filetée (19), le joint d'étanchéité (12), la rondelle métallique
(13), et l'écrou de serrage (14). NE PAS TROP SERRER.
C. Introduire les pivots (7) sous le lavabo/comptoir, dans leurs trous assignés avec un écrou (10),
une rondelle métallique (9), ainsi qu'un joint d'étanchéité (8), dans cet ordre précis.
D. Par le dessus du lavabo/comptoir, insérer le joint torique (6) et visser l'anneau décoratif (5) sur
le pivot (7). Utiliser le gabarit (22) inclus pour ajuster la hauteur des pivots.
E. Visser les collets décoratifs (4) sur le pivot (7) jusqu'au bout. NE PAS TROP SERRER.
F. Visser le raccord en "T" (15) sur la tige filetée du bec en intercalant le joint d'étanchéité (16).
Visser, par la suite, les tuyaux flexibles (11) du raccord en "T" aux pivots (7).
G. Procéder au montage des poignées (3) et de leurs chapeaux (1), puis ajuster la position des
poignées. Pour les modèles Zendo, KS et QS, installer la poignée (1), visser la vis (2), et insérer
le cache vis (3). (Voir Image #1)
H. Finaliser l'assemblage en serrant l'écrou (10) par le dessous du lavabo/comptoir. NE PAS
TROP SERRER.

Effectuer le branchement des conduites d'eau: Chaude à gauche et froide à droite.
J. Faire une vérification des jonctions pour détecter toute fuite.
K. Voir la section correspondante dans ce guide pour terminer l'assemblage du drain de vidange.
*L'orientation des joints d'étanchéités (8) est importante. Les renflements servent à positionner les
pivots (7) au centre des trous. Le pivot avec les marques et le point bleu servira pour le côté de
l'eau froide.
