CD playback not possible.
• The CD was not inserted with the label side up.
• The surface of the CD is extremely dirty.
• The CD is bent.
• The temperature in the vehicle is too high.
• The air humidity in the vehicle is too high; vapour condenses on the CD surface and renders the CD illegible. Wait
until the condensation water has evaporated.
• The CD was not created in a compatible format.
The device no longer reacts to input
• The installed microprocessor requires a reset. Press the button RESET (29) behind the front panel.
• The front panel was not placed correctly on the device.
When you press a station button, you only hear hissing.
• No station has been programmed. Program the stations as described above.
Every time you switch off the CD tuner, the station programming gets lost.
• The continuous positive line is not connected, or has come loose. Connect or check the continuous positive line
as explained in the instructions or check whether the cable is correctly connected. Check the respective car fuse.
Bluetooth® audio transmission does not work.
• The connected device does not support Bluetooth® A2DP audio transmission.
• The device is not connected to the CD tuner. Perform the pairing procedure.
The transmission quality in hands-free operation is bad.
• The distance between the microphone and the vehicle loudspeakers is too short.
• The microphone is located in the air stream of the sun roof, an open window, ventilation, etc.
• The distance between the speaker's mouth and the microphone is too long.
Repairs other than those described above should only be performed by an authorised
specialist.
