5. After setting the temperature, press the TEMP/TIME button again to set the time. The
time will flash on the screen. To change the time, press the + or - button (time range
between 00:30 and 24:00).
Note: The time can be changed in 30 minute increments. Press and hold the + or -
button to change the temperature quickly.
6. After you have set the temperature and time, the unit will start.
Note: If you press the „ON/OFF" key during the drying process, all functions will be
paused. The screen displays „0000". You can change the temperature and time at
any time by pressing the TEMP/TIME button. Press the TEMP/TIME button first and
then the + or - button.
7. Once the time has elapsed, the heating elements will stop operating. The fan will
run for about 10 seconds and the alarm will beep 20 times (1 time/second).
8. After drying, unplug the appliance from the wall outlet.
Note: Fruits and vegetables which have been dried in your appliance differ in
appearance from dried fruits and vegetables which you can buy at the supermarket.
This is due to the fact that your appliance does not use any preservatives or artificial
dyes, but only natural additives.
9. Notering the moisture and weight of food before and after drying is helpful for
future drying processes.
