If the power cord is or becomes damaged, it must definitely be
replaced. It must be replaced by the manufacturer or its service agent
or similar or qualified person.
19. Never immerse the warmer, the cable or the plug in water or other
liquids. Please do not clean it in the dishwasher.
20. Please do not ever use the warmer if you discover damages or if it
has dropped.
21. Never attempt to open or repair the warmer yourself. In the event of
malfunctions have it repaired only by qualified experts. Contact an
authorized retailer for this.
22. Use original accessories only.
Before the first use
· Please carefully read the operating instructions as well as the safety in-
structions first.
· Remove all packaging material and dispose of it properly.
· Wipe the warmer with a slightly moistened cloth and dry it off tho-
roughly.
· Clean the fondue pot, splash guard as well as the forks in warm water
a mild detergent. Please dry all parts thoroughly.
· Do not use any sharp or pointed objects, gasoline, solvent, scrubbing
brushes, or abrasive cleaning agents for cleaning. Do not clean the
warmer in the dishwasher.
Use
· Place the fondue set on a suitable surface (not on a metal surface; not
on fabrics etc.). Protect the surface from any splashes.
· Fill the fondue pot with oil/grease or broth up to between the MIN and
the M X mark.
ttention: Do not fill the pot above the M X mark to
prevent splashes and keep it from overflowing.
· Place the fondue pot onto the warmer and insert the plug into the power
outlet. ttention: Please make sure that the power cord has no contact
with hot surfaces on the housing.
· The indicator light switches on. Turn the temperature regulation knob
to the highest setting. The indicator light shines in red as long as the
appliance is heating. s soon as the desired temperature is reached,
the indicator light switches to white.
· When you notice small bubbles forming on a wooden pick that is dip-
ped into the hot vegetable oil/cooking oil, the oil has reached the per-
fect temperature.
· Set the intensity of heat in accordance with the temperature you need.
· Use the forks to skewer the prepared pieces of meat and cook them in
the hot liquid. Take note of the marking on the handle of your fork.
· Caution: Never leave the fondue pot unattended or in the proximity
of children when it contains hot liquid. Help children to prepare and
cook their pieces of food.
· Once the ingredients are cooked, carefully remove the fork from the
pot. llow excess liquid to drip off from the pieces of meat.
· Enjoy the cooked food with your favorite sauces and dips.
· fter use disconnect the power cord from the socket to switch off the
device.
