Mounting and securing
6.4 Mount sliding lever and connect with sliding block
In the delivery condition, the door edge hinders the correct fitting of the sliding lever on the door closer.
The notch must be placed in the hexagonal bolt of the door closer in alignment with the sliding lever.
Close closing-time valve (1.).

Set sliding lever in place (2.).

Turn sliding lever about 45° to position the notch (3.).
X
Remove sliding lever (4.).
X
Now the sliding lever can be appropriately attached to the notch.
Align and fit sliding lever with notch (5.).
X
Fix sliding lever (Tightening torque: 14 Nm) (6.).
X
Connect sliding lever to sliding block (Tightening torque: 5 Nm) (7.).
X
Open closing-time valve again (8.).
X
6.5 Mounting cover panel
CAUTION!
Do not pinch cable.

Remove cut-out part on the cover corresponding to DIN for left and right leaves of the door (1.).

Clip on cover panel (2.).
X
Clip on protective cap (3.).
X
CAUTION!
Attach protective cap in such a way that the smoke switch opening is concealed in the cover to protect

the interior of the system from contamination.
Protective cap must be removed during commissioning of the hold-open device.
