SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS
If the top or a panel should become cupped, do not be alarmed. The panel was fl at when
it was manufactured. It is a natural characteristic of wood in an unfi nished state to
cup from uneven moisture conditions. The fi gure at the right shows an exag-
gerated view of what could happen. This only means that the convex side
has absorbed moisture, or the concave side has dried out.
Usually a cupped panel will equalize and straighten out if both sides are exposed to similar
conditions for a day or so.

READ THE INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO OPERATE CAM LOCK SYSTEM ON THE ENCLOSED
SHEET AT THIS TIME.
1) Install four Cam Connectors (I) in the Front Panel (B), two in each Side (Rb & Cb), and two in the
Base (F). See FIGURE 1A.
Attach a Bottom Support (H) to the Back (Db) with four #8 x 1¼" Black Screws (K) through the pre-
drilled holes in the Bottom Support (H). The bottom support should be centered side to side and
fl ush with the bottom edge of the back. See FIGURE 1B.
Attach the other Bottom Support (H) to the inside face of the Base (F), centered between the pins
and fl ush with the bottom edge of cut out, using four #8 x 1¼" Black Screws (K). See FIGURE 1C.
Attach the short end of a Hinge (N) to the Top (A) with a #6 x 3/4" Brass Flat Head Screw (M) through
the left hole of the hinge into the predrilled hole in the top. Repeat for the other hinges.
The Bumpers (P) must be attached to the top using #6 x 3/4" Brass Flat Head Screws (M) in the
four remaining holes. Since the bumpers provide the means for ventilation, it is required that they
be used as directed.
