8. GUARANTEE
TERMS
We have given maximum attention and all our technical experience in manufacturing the automatic swimming pool cleaner. All pool cleaners are
subject to quality controls and are guaranteed against manufacturing defects. If in spite of our attention and technical knowledge, you have to
use the guarantee, this will only cover the free replacement of faulty parts.
We are constantly improving and modifying our products, which involves technological developments. These developments cannot be applied to
previous models within the coverage of our guarantee.
THE GUARANTEE WILL NOT APPLY IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:
Accidents, damage, wear and breakages as a result of knocks and external causes separate from the observed defect.

If the apparatus has been handled by third parties, other than our workshops or by a non-authorised technician, or if modifications have
•
been made to the apparatus without our written authorisation.
When the apparatus has become damaged through negligent use by the customer or if it has been used incorrectly not following the
•
instructions attached to the pool cleaner.
If the apparatus, its components or hose sections have been exposed to the sun for a prolonged period of time.
•
If the apparatus, its components or hose sections have become damaged owing to a chemical imbalance in the swimming pool water.
•
All claims under the guarantee should be sent to your retailer.
•
To membrane 4406012401 as owing to the normal wear during operation, it is considered consumable material.
•
TERM OF THE GUARANTEE
The term of the BOLERO.ND pool cleaner guarantee is 2 YEARS from the date of invoice of the first user.
Under no circumstances will repairs or replacements made under the guarantee extend or renew the guarantee period of the apparatus.
PURPOSE OF THE GUARANTEE
During the guarantee term described above, all faulty parts will be repaired or replaced by the manufacturer for a new part or in good working
order. This guarantee applies to any damage observed on delivery of the apparatus.
If the apparatus is returned to the workshop, return transport costs will be charged to the user, and manpower costs will be covered by the
retailer.
Compensation will not be given if the apparatus cannot be used owing to repair. In any event, the legal guarantee of the seller will be applied
following article 4 of law no. 78-464 dated 24
The legal guarantee of article 1641 of the civil code is applied.
THIS GUARANTEE MAY BE SUBJECT TO NEW LEGISLATION WHICH HAS NOT BEEN PUBLISHED AT THE TIME OF PRINTING THESE
TERMS.

DAMAGE DURING TRANSPORT

Transport expenses of the apparatus are always charged and at the risk of the user. Before accepting delivery of the apparatus, the user should
check that it is in perfect condition. We hold no liability in this respect.
Check the flow.
•
In order to ensure total cleaning of the pool, time intervals can be created in filtering, for
•
example, 6-hour filtering for 2 hours, 3 times, will cover the pool better than a single 6 hour
filtering.
Check the length of the hose (add or remove sections as necessary).
•
Direct all the return nozzles downwards.
•
Check the condition of the hose.
•
Check that the counterweight is correctly installed two metres from the apparatus in the hose.
•
If the pool is deeper than 2 metres, install a second counterweight in the hose 2 metres from the
•
apparatus.
Check and increase the flow if necessary.
•
Close the drain.
•
Check that the drain grille is fastened properly.
•
Reduce the flow.
•
Add a supplementary counterweight at the level of the circular deflector in the first section of
•
hose.
