MAINTENANCE

■ In order to ensure reliable operation of the Device it is necessary to
perform the proper maintenance as specified in Table 2 hereof.
■ During the maintenance, make sure to take safety measures specified
in section "SAFETY MEASURES", page 24.
■ If the Device is found non-conforming to the technical requirements
specified in Table 2, it may not be operated any more and is subject to
repair.

1. State of battery charge

2. Availability of radiation
at the emitting window

3. Disinfection
(if required)
Technical Requirements
No mechanical damages
on the housing of Device
and battery charger
Battery indicator [3]
should be off
Once the emitting win-
dow [9] of the Device is
targeted at the exposure
area and START/STOP but-
ton is pressed, visible red
light radiation should be
observed
