PURPOSE
The device is designed for non-drug, pain-free and non-invasive (without
skin penetration) treatment of a wide range of animal diseases. Combina-
tion of the laser therapy using RIKTA®–VET Device with the pharmaceutical
treatment methods improves the efficiency of drug administration.
The Device provides simultaneous deep penetration of the near infrared
laser radiation into the tissue in combination with the constant magnetic
field, as well as light fluxes of infrared, red and blue band.
The treatment can be given both by a contact method (the emitting win-
dow of the Device comes in contact with skin) and by non-contact method
(exposure at a distance of 0.5–2 cm from skin). In case of big sizes of the
affected area, the treatment is given by scanning, i.e. uniform motion of the
Device at a speed of 0.5–1.5 cm/s.
The Device is designed for use in veterinary clinics, as well as for treatment
of animals in the field and domiciliary.
