4) In case of vertical rolling of
the picture (see figure on
the right), adjust a steady
picture by means of the
control V-HOLD (5).
5) Adjust the volume with the control VOL. (2). If no
sound is transmitted, turn the control clockwise to
zero.
6) When operating several surveillance cameras, the
camera pictures can be displayed on the monitor
successively (automatic selection). For this pur-
pose, press the button AUTO (11); the LED above
the button lights up. With the control TIME (1),
adjust the dwell time for a camera picture between
1 and 60 seconds.
When using less than four cameras, the chan-
nels which are not used can be skipped during
automatic selection. For this purpose, keep the
buttons "1" to "4" of the channels used pressed
and actuate the button AUTO.
To switch off the automatic selection, press one
of the buttons "1" to "4".
7) For switching to video recorder replay, press the
button VCR (6). To indicate this operating mode,
the LED (7) next to the button VCR lights up and
the LEDs above the buttons "1" to "4" (10) and
AUTO (11) are extinguished.
To return to the current camera pictures, press
the button VCR once again.
8) After operation, switch off the monitor with the but-
ton POWER (12).
5.1 Stand-by mode
If the wireless camera used is provided with a control
channel, the monitor can be switched on via the
camera. For this purpose, the stand-by mode must be
activated. As soon as the camera transmits a control
signal, the monitor is switched on for the duration of
the signal.
1) To switch on the stand-by mode, keep the button
"1" to "4" (10) pressed which corresponds to the
number of the cameras used (e. g. for two cam-
eras button "2") for approx. 3 seconds until a short
signal sounds. The screen turns blank. To indicate
the activated stand-by mode, the red indicating
LED above the button POWER (12) starts flash-
ing.
2) When a control signal is received, the monitor is
switched on. If the control signal is no longer trans-
mitted, the monitor will return to stand-by mode.
3) To switch off the stand-by mode, keep one of the
buttons "1" to "4" (10) pressed until a short signal
sounds. The screen turns bright and the monitor is
switched on. The LED above the button POWER
lights continuously again.
