    MOUNTING Use multicore cable with double insulation for electric connection of the drive system compo- nents. The parameters of the electric cables used (section, number of wires, length etc.) should comply with the connection diagram, device power, laying distance, way of laying, ambient conditions.

Adjust the position of the brackets of the rail and determine the necessary distance L from the rail to the ceiling (suspension distance). • Install suspension strips on the brackets, fastening the rail to the ceiling, and align them (fig. 12).

Vor Montage aufmerksam alle unten angegeben Informationen studieren und diese Anleitung für die weitere Anwendung aufbewahren! Montage, Anschlüsse, Endprüfungen der Anlage, Inbetriebnahme und Wartung sind vom sach- kundigen Personal durchzuführen. Beachten Sie die Sicherheitsvorschriften, die in den geltenden Richtlinien und dieser Anleitung angegeben sind.

    PRODUKTBESCHREIBUNG Der Antrieb besteht aus dem Getriebemotor mit Elektromotor von 24 V Gleichstrom, einem Transformator, einem elektronischen Steuergerät mit dem integrierten Funksteuermodul und einer LED-Beleuchtung. Stromversorgung des Antriebes wird vom Netz 230 V / 50 Hz gewähr- leistet. Bei einem kurzfristigen Ausfall der Netzspannung, kann die Antriebsschiene entriegelt werden, danach kann das Torblatt manuell betätigt werden.

    ELEKTROANSCHLüSSE ELEKTROANSCHLüSSE Vor Beginn ist die Spannungsfreiheit sicherzustellen. Bitte verwenden Sie nur Bedien- und Sicherheitselemente der Fa. ALUTECH. Beim Einsatz von Fremdfabrikaten entfällt die Hersteller-Garantie. Wenn an den Klemmen «PH1» und «S» kein Zubehör angeschlossen ist, sollen Steckbrücken eingesetzt werden. Wenn an den o.g. Klemmen eine Sicherheitsvorrichtung angeschlossen ist, die Steckbrücke entfernen.
  • Page 43 ELEKTROANSCHLüSSE Eingang für den Anschluss der Lichtschranke mit normal geschlossenem Kontakt (NC). Im Auslieferungszustand ist der Eingang auf Ansprechen der Lichtschranke beim Schließen eingestellt (beim Öffnen nicht aktiv). Ansprechen der Lichtschranke beim Schließen führt zu einem unverzüglichen Stopp und dem nachträglichen vollständigen Öffnen oder zum Blockieren des Startes einer Zufahrt.
