The Brinkmann Corporation warrants to the original pur chas er that the Natural Gas Conversion Kit is free from defects due to workmanship or materials for 1 Year when installed
by a professional service technician.
The Brinkmann Corporation's obligations under this warranty are limited to the following guidelines:
•
This warranty does not cover conversion kits that have been altered/modifi ed or damaged due to: normal wear, rust, abuse, improper maintenance and/or improper use.
•
This warranty does not cover surface scratches, rust or heat damage to the fi nish, which is considered normal wear.
•
The Brinkmann Corporation may elect to repair or replace damaged units covered by the terms of this warranty.
•
This warranty extends to the original purchaser only and is not trans fer able or assignable to subsequent purchasers.
The Brinkmann Corporation requires reasonable proof of purchase. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you retain your sales receipt or invoice. To
obtain replacement parts for your Natural Gas Conversion Kit under the terms of this warranty, please call Customer Service Department at
800-527-0717 . A receipt will be required. The Brinkmann Corporation will not be responsible for any conversion kits forwarded to us without prior authorization.
EXCEPT AS ABOVE STATED, THE BRINKMANN CORPORATION MAKES NO OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTY.
THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THOSE LISTED
ABOVE FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIM I TA TIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE
ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
ANY LIABILITY FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE FAILURE OF THE NATURAL GAS CONVERSION KIT TO
COMPLY WITH THIS WARRANTY OR ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY IS EXCLUDED. CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE PURCHASE PRICE CHARGED IS
BASED UPON THE LIMITATIONS CONTAINED IN THE WARRANTY SET OUT ABOVE. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF
INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION
MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE
TO STATE.
La société Brinkmann Corporation offre à l'acheteur original une garantie d'un an sur l'ensemble de conversion au gaz naturel contre toute défectuosité ou
tout défaut de fabrication, s'il a été installé par un technicien professionnel en entretien et réparation.
Les obligations de la Brinkmann Corporation en vertu de cette garantie se limitent aux consignes suivantes:

Cette garantie ne couvre par les ensembles de conversion qui ont été modifi és ou endommagés par une usure normale, la rouille, une utilisation
abusive ou un entretien ou une utilisation inadéquats.
•
Cette garantie ne couvre pas les égratignures superfi cielles, la rouille ou les dommages au fi ni causés par la chaleur, lesquels sont considérés comme
une usure normale.
•
La Brinkmann Corporation peut décider de réparer ou de remplacer les unités endommagées couvertes par les conditions de la présente garantie.
•
Cette garantie ne s'applique qu'à l'acheteur original et elle n'est pas transférable ni cessible à des acheteurs subséquents.
La Brinkmann Corporation exige une preuve d'achat raisonnable. Nous vous recommandons fortement de conserver votre reçu ou facture. Afi n d'obtenir
des pièces de remplacement pour votre ensemble de conversion au gaz naturel en vertu de la présente garantie, veuillez appeler le service à la clientèle
au 1-800-527-0717 . Un reçu sera requis. La Brinkmann Corporation n'est pas responsable des ensembles de conversion qui lui sont envoyés sans que
l'expéditeur ait obtenu d'autorisation au préalable.
SAUF SELON LES CONDITIONS SUSMENTIONNÉES, LA BRINKMANN CORPORATION N'OFFRE AUCUNE AUTRE GARANTIE EXPRESSE. LES
GARANTIES IMPLICITES DE COMMERCIALISATION ET DE FINALITÉ PARTICULIÈRE SONT LIMITÉES À CELLES SUSMENTIONNÉES SUR LE
PLAN DE LEUR DURÉE, ET CE, À COMPTER DE LA DATE D' A CHAT.
CERTAINS ÉTATS NE PERMETTENT AUCUNE LIMITE QUANT À LA DURÉE DE LA GARANTIE IMPLICITE; IL EST DONC POSSIBLE QUE CETTE

GARANTIE IMPLICITE EST EXCLUE. L' A CHETEUR RECONNAÎT QUE LE PRIX D' A CHAT DEMANDÉ EST FONDÉ SUR LES LIMITES CONTENUES
DANS LA GARANTIE ÉNONCÉS CI-DESSUS. CERTAINS ÉTATS NE PERMETTENT AUCUNE EXCLUSION OU LIMITE QUANT AUX DOMMAGES
