Before Commissioning

Unloading
Release the star grips of the pushing
handle fastening.
Turn the pushing handle backwards and
tighten the star grips.
Place long lateral boards of the pak-
kaging as a ramp next to the pallet.
Fix the ramp on the pallet with nails.
Place short boards as a support under-
neath the ramp.
Remove the wooden bars in front of the
wheels.
Move out the pedal to drive out the run-
ning gear towards the right and release it
upward.
Briefly press the handle downward so
that the chassis can drive out.
Push down the machine through the
ramp from the pallet.

Installing the Brushes

The brushes must be installed before the in-
itial operation (see "Maintenance works").

Installing the Squeegee

Insert the squeegee tool into the squee-
gee suspension in such a manner that
the profiled sheet is positioned above the
suspension. Tighten the wing nuts.
