3. MONTAGE SUR
TOITURE
Dans le cas d'un montage sur toi-
ture, les capteurs solaires plans
PRO 2,5 et SUN 270 sont posés sur
une couverture existante. Le sys-
tème de montage est conçu pour un
lattis de 50 x 30 mm. La sous-struc-
ture doit être adaptée si nécessaire.
Le montage des supports résistants
aux intempéries peut s'effectuer lors
des travaux de couverture.
Il existe deux modèles de supports
standard :
- supports (03A) à fixer sur lattes
- supports (03B) à fixer sur che-
vrons
Dans le premier cas des planches
de montage supplémentaires sont
installées dans la structure du toit.
Pour poser les planches de mon-
tage sur la charpente d'une toiture
existante, les tuiles doivent être
relevés sur la longueur des plan-
ches de montage. Les supports sont
ensuite installés et fixés sur ces
planches. Pour un montage sur che-
vrons, il suffit de retirer les tuiles au-
dessus des chevrons.
Les supports de montage sont vis-
sés sur les chevrons découverts. La
toiture est ensuite refermée et donc
étanche, ce qui permet de commen-
cer l'installation du support des cap-
teurs.
Les supports de montage suivants
sont disponibles pour les toits
spéciaux :
- Tuiles plates : (03D)
- Plaques ondulées : (03F)
- Ardoise : (03G)
En cas de montage sur des toits en
tôle,
commander
les
auprès du constructeur de la struc-
ture en tôle.
3. AUFDACH-
MONTAGE
Bei der Aufdach-Montage werden
die Flachkollektoren PRO 2,5 und
SUN 270 über einer bestehenden
Dachhaut installiert. Das Montage-
system ist auf eine 50 x 30 mm
Dachlattung ausgelegt. Gegebe-
nenfalls muss die Unterkonstruktion
angepasst werden. Die Montage der
witterungsbeständigen Dachanker
kann schon während der Eindek-
kung durch den Dachdecker erfol-
gen.
Als
Standard-Dachanker
zwei verschiedene Modelle zur Ver-
fügung:
- Dachanker (03A) sparrenunab-
hängig
- Dachanker (03B) sparrenabhän-
gig.
Bei der sparrenunabhängigen Mon-
tage werden zusätzliche Montage-
bretter
in
eingebracht. Um die Montagebretter
bei einer bestehenden Eindeckung
am Dachstuhl anzubringen, werden
die Dachsteine über die Länge der
Montagebretter
Anschließend werden die Dachan-
ker eingehängt und befestigt. Bei
der sparrenabhängigen Montage
müssen nur vereinzelt Dachsteine
über den Sparren abgenommen
werden.
Die Dachanker werden auf die frei-
gelegten
Anschließend wird die Dachfläche
geschlossen und ist sofort wieder
dicht, so dass mit der Installation
des Tragesystems begonnen wer-
den kann.
Für Sonderdächer stehen folgende
supports
Dachanker zur Verfügung:
- Biberziegel: (03D)
- Welldach: (03F)
- Schiefer: (03G)
Bei der Montage auf Bl echdächern sind
die Dachanker beim dem jeweiligen
Hersteller des Blechdachsystems
zu bestellen.

3. ROOF-SURFACE
INSTALLATION
With this method of installation, the
PRO 2,5 and SUN 270 flat solar
panels are fitted on the surface of
the existing roof covering. The
installation system is designed for
50 x 30 mm roof battens. If neces-
sary, the substructure may need to
be modified. The weatherproof roof
anchors can be fitted at the same
time as the roof covering is being fit-
ted by the roofer.
There are two types of standard roof
anchor available:
- the batten-mounted type (03A)
- the rafter-mounted type (03B)
With the batten-mounted type, addi-
tional mounting battens have to be
added to the roof structure. In order
to fit the mounting battens to the
framework of a finished roof, the roof
tiles covering the entire length of the
mounting battens have to be moved
out of the way. The roof anchors are
then located on the battens and
fixed. With the rafter-mounted type,
only individual tiles above the fixing
points on the rafters have to be
removed.
The roof anchors are screwed to the
rafters thus exposed. Afterwards,
the tiles are replaced and the roof is
immediately waterproof again so
that installation of the panel-mount-
ing system can start.
There are also roof anchors availa-
ble for the following special types of
roof:
- Flat tile: (03D)
- Corrugated: (03F)
- Slate: (03G)
If installing on metal rooves, the roof
anchors must be ordered from the
manufacturer of the roof system
concerned.
