Ths manual contans nstallaton, operaton and mantenance nstructons for the BW
Seres Compact Bench Scale. Please read the manual completely before nstallaton
and operaton.

The BW Seres Compact Bench Scale s an economcal portonng, packng and
general weghng scale desgned to provde fast and accurate weghng performance
n washdown envronments. Wth an nternal sealed rechargeable lead-acd battery,
IP65 housng and hgh-speed dsplay update, the BW Seres Compact Bench Scale
offers portablty, durablty and productvty n one practcal desgn.

1.3 Safety Precautions
For safe and dependable operaton of ths scale, please comply wth the
followng safety precautons:
• Verfy that the nput voltage prnted on the AC Adapter and the plug type
matches the local AC power supply.
• Make sure that the power cord does not pose an obstacle or trppng hazard.
• Dsconnect the scale from the power supply when cleanng the scale.
• Do not operate the scale n hazardous or unstable envronments.
• Do not drop loads on the platform.
• Use only approved accessores and perpherals, as avalable.
• Operate the scale only under ambent condtons specfed n these nstructons.
