Please do not use other brand chargers, they may damage the battery of your product. It is important to charge your
battery at least once every 3 months, even if you do not use the product, to ensure a normal life cycle.
Avoid shocks and contact with water, as these factors are not covered by the warranty and may damage the battery.
The charger must be in perfect condition each time you use it, check the wires, the condition of the tips and connectors.
If the product does not charge, the charger may be defective, in which case it is necessary to change it.
The charger should only be used by an adult, it is important to unplug it from both sides when not charging.
Battery
Please do not store the battery at too extreme temperatures. Below 0°C and above 30°C. If you do not use your product
for 60-90 days or if the use is too sustained over time, the battery may not perform as well as it did at the beginning. This
loss of autonomy is due to lack of use or extreme use and is therefore not covered by the warranty, the autonomy
decreases over the months.
At the end of its cycle, the battery must be disposed of separately from the non-differentiated generic waste. Dispose of
the batteries in the containers provided for this purpose. Battery recovery and recycling helps to protect the environment
and conserve material resources.
Maintenance
Please store your product in a dry, dust-free place and avoid leaving it for too long in a damp place or in the sun. To
clean your device, use a damp cloth and mild detergent. Do not use alcohol, petrol, kerosene or other corrosive chemical
solvents to clean your device, as this will damage its appearance and structure.
Constantly check the condition of the components of your product, if any part is damaged, please replace it before using
the product. If any part is not in working order, you may fall and injure yourself.
Transport
If you wish to transport your product, including its battery, by air or other means of transport, please contact the relevant
local authorities and the carrier in advance to inform you of any prohibitions and limitations on transport. Lithium batteries
are considered hazardous in many countries. Please make sure before travel that access and transport is permitted.
International law prohibits the transport of lithium batteries by air.
