Warranty Certificate - Seac Sub Diamond Ice Instructions

Seac Diving Pro s.r.l guarantees the correct operation of this product as described in this document.
The w arranty has a duration of 2 (t w o) years in accordance with current European regulations.
The w arranty herein contained may be exercised only on the condition and within the limits
hereina f ter specified:
1. The w arranty has a duration o f 2 (t w o) years starting from the time the product is bought at
a Seac Diving Pro authorized dealer and does not need any previous or subsequent f ormal
validation.
2. The w arranty is ackno w ledged only to the first buyer o f the product at a Seac Diving Pro au-
thorized dealer. As it is strictly personal, it cannot be transf erred to third parties unless prior
authorization by Seac Diving Pro is obtained.
3. The w arranty covers all and only the malf unctioning due to:
Inherent vice resulting from materials deemed to be unsuitable
A pparent errors in design, manu f acturing or assembly o f the product or parts o f it
Wrong or inadequate instructions and recommendations f or use.
4. The w arranty terminates automatically, and with immediate e ff ect, f ollo wing the occurrence
o f repairs, modifications, transf ormations, adjustments or tampering in general, carried out
on the finished product or parts o f it, w hich w ere not previously authorized by Seac Diving
Pro and w ere carried out by non-authorized personnel.
5. The w arranty entitles to intervention and free repair in the shortest possible time, or to com-
plete free replacement o f the product (at Seac Diving Pro absolute discretion) or parts o f it
w henever the malf unctioning specifically mentioned at item 3 above is ackno wledged by
Seac Diving Pro.
6. The w arranty can be exercised by f orw arding the product deemed to be de f ective to Seac
Diving Pro through the Seac Diving Pro authorized dealer w here the product w as bought. If
this is f easibly impossible, a f ter prior authorization, any other Seac Diving Pro dealer may be
authorized to send the de f ective product. A necessary condition to exercise the w arranty is
that the product is accompanied by a copy o f the receipt or invoice (or other proo f o f receipt
specifying the name o f the Seac Diving Pro authorized dealer w here the product w as bought
as w ell as the date o f purchase o f the same) certifying the purchase.
W henever Seac Diving Pro receives a product w hich:
is not accompanied by proo f o f purchase having the above mentioned characteristics
is in such condition as to determine the termination o f the w arranty in accordance w ith the
provisions o f item 4 above
has de f ects resulting from external and additional causes as compared to the ones specifi-
cally mentioned at item 3 above
has been improperly used and/or f or diff erent uses from the one f or w hich the product has
been designed
Seac Diving Pro will not carry out any investigations on the product, and will advise the
sender/authorized dealer. If the sender w ants the investigation to be carried out in any case, the
sender will f orw ard a request to Seac Diving Pro within the subsequent fif teen w orking days; in
this request he/she shall expressly state he/she is willing to bear all the costs relevant to such in-
vestigation (labor, spare parts, if any, f orw arding charges). Failing this, Seac Diving Pro w ill re-
turn the product at the expense and care o f the consignee.
