Possible cause
Is the Powerline
Adapter correct-
ly connected to
the mains elec-
tricity network?
Is the LAN cable
(RJ-45) correct-
ly connected to
the adapter and
the computer or
router?
Is the computer/
router switched
on?
Remedy
 If necessary, un-
plug the Power-
line Adapter and
plug it in again.
 If necessary,
check the LAN
card and/or the
DSL connection
on your com-
puter.
 Switch on the
network device.
