10x ON 0.3 DRY

20x ON 0.75 DRY

40x ON 1.25 OIL

40x ON 1.3 OIL

63x ON 1.4 OIL

100x ON 1.4 OIL : dédié au STED uniquement –

Pour commencer, vérifiez que vos lames soient propres et sans condensation -

check that your slides are clean and condensation-free

Choisir un objectif sur le logiciel –

Placer votre lame sur l'insert et ajuster le support à la lame -

and fit the strips to the slide

Sur le statif –

On the stand :

En lumière transmise – In brighfield :

Cliquer sur le bouton « TL / IL » en bas, côté gauche du statif –
