Positionner la sur-platine galvanométrique (posée à droite) à l'aide des deux vis noires
incluses dans la sur-platine et la clé allène qui se trouve dans le tiroir haut du rack STED

Turn on the system by following the process (p.1)
Ne pas utiliser l'insert à mâchoire variable mais l'insert à mâchoire fixe
- Do not use the variable clamp insert but the fixed clamp insert.

Mettre toutes les vis -

Allumer le microscope en suivant la procédure (p.1) -

Pensez à mettre sur "ON" le mode STED à l'ouverture du logiciel -
Remember to put on "ON" the STED mode when opening the software
Put all screws in place
