    ELECTRICAL CONNECTION • Before connecting the appliance make sure that the voltage and frequency rated on the data plate conform to those of the mains supply. Note: The installer must set the torque selector switch to the appropriate voltage depending on the weight (see page 17) and dimensions of the gate/door which is to be automated.

    The intervention of the travel direction inversion or blocking photocell or pressing the blocking button will stop the gate, while the flashing warning light will remain lit, indicating that the programmer is in an active phase. The figure "b" will flash on the display. The work time count is blocked, but once the alarm situation has been resolved or the blocking button has been released (only active while it is being pressed down) the gate movement will start up again automatically, and the time count will carry on.

  • Page 20 SOFT TRAVEL LIMITS The system is designed to operate without mechanical closing travel limits; the work time management allows the system to control the position of the garage door. The following points however should be taken into consideration: 1) Due to climatic variations or mechanical wear the performance of the system can change. A work time programmed without leaving a margin of tolerance (extra time) may not be sufficient to complete the manoeuvre (in other words, over a period of time the garage door may remain slightly open).

    L'intervention des cellules photoélectriques d'inversion/blocage ou une pression sur la touche de blocage provoque l'interruption du mouvement des vantaux, le clignoteur restant tout de même en fonction, ce qui signale que le programmateur est activé. Sur l'afficheur apparaît alors l'indication "b" clignotante. Le comptage du temps de travail se bloque mais dès que la situation d'alarme cesse ou en relâchant la touche de blocage (active seulement tant qu'elle est appuyée), le mouvement des vantaux reprend automatiquement de même que le comptage du temps.

Le cycle de travail est géré par des commandes distinctes d'ouverture et de fermeture.     ELEKTROANSCHLUSS • Vor der Ausführung des Elektroanschlusses sicherstellen, dass die auf dem Typenschild angegebene Spannung und Frequenz mit denen der elektrischen Stromversorgung übereinstimmen.     Programmierung des antriebsdrehmoments Durch Betätigen der Taste PROG ab dem beschriebenen Punkt im Feld 8 wird zu der Eingabephase des Antriebsdrehmoments über- gegangen. Die wählbaren Werte gehen von 1 bis 5 und die Angabe in der Abbildung bezieht sich auf den Mindestdrehmoment (auf dem Display erscheinen abwechselnd die Zeichen "P"...
  • Page 38 Der Eingriff der Lichtschranken für die Umkehr/Blockierung bzw. der Betätigung der Blockiertaste bringt die Stillegung der Torflügelbewegung mit sich, während das Blinklicht jedoch aktiviert bleibt und signalisiert, dass die Steuerung in der aktiven Phase ist; auf dem Display blinkt die Anzeige "b". Die Zählung der Betriebszeit ist blockiert, aber nach Beendigung der Alarmsituation oder bei Loslassen der Blockiertaste (nur aktiviert, solange sie gedrückt gehalten wird) wird die Bewegung des Torflügels automatisch wieder aufgenommen, wie auch die Aktualisierung der Betriebszeit.

Die Bewegung der Mechanik erfolgt lediglich, wenn der ständige Öffnungs- und Schließbefehl vorhanden ist. Die Dynamiktaste hat keinerlei Funktion wie auch der Befehl der limitierten Öffnung und der Funksteuerung ausgeschlossen ist.
  • Page 40 ZEITGESTEUERTER ENDSCHALTER Die Steuerung der Arbeitszeiten ermöglicht die Position der Torflügel zu kontrollieren. Dennoch müssen die folgenden Bestimmungen durchgeführt werden: 1) Aufgrund klimatischer Veränderungen oder des Verschleisses mechanischer Bauteile ist das Verhalten des Systems Veränderungen unterworfen. Eine Arbeitszeit ohne eine gewisse Toleranzgrenze (nach oben) riskiert, nicht immer für die Beendigung des Manövers ausreichend zu sein (anders gesagt, die Torflügel könnten geringfügig offen bleiben).
