The autonomy of the bike indicated on the packaging is given as an indication. It varies according to
the user's average weight, speed, terrain and weather conditions.

LEANING
Never open the product to clean otherwise will void the warranty.
Unplug the product from the wall outlet before cleaning the product.
Clean the outside of the product with a damp cloth. Never use abrasive cloth, scouring
powder or solvent such as alcohol or gasoline.

ROUBLESHOOTING
Do not disassemble or modify the battery of the device. Refer all servicing to qualified
personnel. Troubleshooting is necessary if the appliance has been damaged in any way:
plug or power cord damaged, liquid spilled on the product, introduction of small objects
in the product, exposure to rain or moisture, malfunctions, dropping the product...

UARANTEE CONDITIONS
UrbanGlide's available guarantee is valid for 2 years for your product and 3 months for
its accessories (power supply, cables...).
Advised
In order to guarantee maximum autonomy, it is advisable to use
the motor as an assistance and thus to help with small kick foot
pulses, especially when starting. Indeed, the start is the phase that
consumes the most energy.
Be sure to charge the lithium battery of your bike at least once every 3
months to ensure proper operation. Also, it is imperative to use only the
supplied charger which is specially designed for this product.
Check the tightness of the screws regularly
