The user manual is designed to assist in the safe and
trouble-free use of the device. The product is designed
and manufactured in accordance with strict technical

manual and regularly perform maintenance tasks. The
technical data and specifications in this user manual are

USAGE SAFETY
ATTENTION! Read all safety warnings and all
instructions. Failure to follow the warnings and
instructions may result in serious injury or even

The terms "device" or "product" are used in the warnings
and instructions to refer to GARDEN DUMP CART.

If you are unsure about whether the product is
operating correctly or if you find damage, please
contact the manufacturer's service centre.

Keep the device in perfect technical condition. Before
each use check for general damage and especially
check for cracked parts or elements and for any other
conditions which may impact the safe operation of
the device. If damage is discovered, hand over the
device for repair before use.
c)
Device repair or maintenance should be carried out by
qualified persons, only using original spare parts. This
will ensure safe use.
d)
Do not put more than 550 kg into the load area.
e)
The product is not intended for children, it is not a toy.
f)
Distribute the load weight evenly over the entire
surface.
g)
Do not store components on plastic edges.
h)
In case of damage or destruction of any of the
components, it is necessary to cease using them.
i)
Do not use the truck on surfaces / areas that may
cause damage of tires.
j)
The tire inflation pressure must not exceed 30 PSI
(2.07 BAR).
ACHTUNG! Despite the safe design of the device
and its protective features, and despite the use of
additional elements protecting the operator, there
is still a slight risk of accident or injury when using
the device. Stay alert and use common sense when
using the device.
USE GUIDELINES
The product is intended to transport plants, soil and garden
accessories. It can also be used as a tipper.
The user is liable for any damage resulting from
unintended use of the device.
DEVICE DESCRIPTION
ATTENTION! This product's exploded view can be
found on the last pages of the operating instructions
(pp. 22).
PREPARING FOR USE/ DEVICE USE
ASSEMBLING THE APPLIANCE
1.
Turn the tray(1) upside down, put the frame(3) on the
tray so that the holes of both elements match. Use
bolts, washers and nuts(11) for screwing.

Attach the dump interlock frame(2) to the tray(1),
align the holes of both elements and then tighten
them together with the screws, nuts and washers(12).

Attach the front bracket(4) to the welded bolt on
the frame. Place the thrust bearing(15) between the
elements. Tighten securely with the securing nut and
washer(14).

Slide the axle(8) into the holes in the frame. Place
two wheels(7) on the axle(8) and the other two
wheels(7) on the front bracket(4). Put washers(13) on
each of the axles on which the wheels are located,
and put the pins(13) into their ends. Bend the ends
of the pins with the pliers to keep them in place.

Connect the end of the handle(6) to the end of the
frame(5), align the holes of both elements, and then
connect with the bolt, washer and nut(9).

TIPPER/DUMP FUNCTION
To tilt the tray, pull the dump lock frame handle (2) up until
the locking mechanism is released. When returning the tray
to its horizontal position, check if the locking mechanism
has engaged.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

a)
Use only non-corrosive cleaners to clean the surface.
b)
The device must be regularly inspected to check its
technical efficiency and spot any damage.
c)
Use a soft, damp cloth for cleaning.
