Faults
The equipment does not start
The equipment does not pump
The equipment does not cut out
Insufficient pumping rate
The equipment switches off after
briefly running
Cause
- Power supply not connected
- Floating switch does not work
- Intake sieve clogged
- Discharge hose kinked
- Floating switch cannot sink
- Intake sieve clogged
- Performance reduced due to
heavily contaminated and
abrasive water impurities
- Motor circuit-breaker switches
the equipment off due to
excessive water contamination
- Water temperature too high;
motor circuit-breaker switches
the equipment off
Remedy
- Check the power supply
- Raise the position of the floating
switch
- Clean the intake sieve with a
water jet
- Unkink the hose
- Place the equipment correctly on
the shaft bottom
- Clean the intake sieve
- Clean the equipment and replace
wear parts
- Pull out the power plug and
clean the equipment and shaft
- Ensure that the maximum
permissible water temperature
(35 °C) is not exceeded
