Check that the gate's leafs can be stopped at any given moment by simply applying force that is no greater than provided for by current
regulations.
The required force level is obtained by moving the connecting faston of wire "A" in input to transformer TR1: 4 different force levels
can be selected.
Force measurements must be carried out on the leafs in the positions indicated by the regulations.
It is necessary to periodically check the calibration of this device in order to guarantee that it operates safely at all times.
TermiNals descripTioN
If not used, the normally-closed N.C. inputs must be bridged.
If multiple N.C. contacts are used on the same terminal, these must be connected in series; if instead multiple N.O. contacts are used
on the same terminal, they must be connected in parallel.

Power supply input from mains
230Vac 50Hz

3
Output for 220 Vac flashing device
max 100 Watt overall
4
MOTOR 1 output (pedestrian) delayed during
5
closing, maximum 500 Watt. Terminals: 5 common,
6
6 closing, 7 opening. Capacitor between terminals

maximum 500 Watt. Terminals: 8 common, 9
9
closing, 10 opening. Capacitor between terminals
10
9-10
Photocells input. With two motors they are active
11
during opening (stops and re-starts) and during
14
closing (stops and reverses),
Input for photocells active only in closing: stops the
12
operation in progress and re-starts during opening.

remoTe coNTrols learNiNg on start input:
Press and release button P1, led DL1 starts flashing slowly; press the button of the remote control that must be stored as Start command;
maximum memory capacity for 16 different codes.
remoTe coNTrol learNiNg on pedestrian input:
Press and release twice button P1; led DL1 starts flashing fast; press the remote control's button that has to be stored as the Pedestrian
command; maximum memory capacity for 16 different codes.
During the remote controls learning stage it is advisable to disconnect the antenna in order not to store unwanted codes: at the end of
the store function, re-connect the antenna cable.
remoTe coNTrols caNcellaTioN:
Press button P2 until led DL1 switches off.
N.B. this operation causes the cancellation of all remote controls stored.
TesT
To be carried out with the gate's leafs half open and only after having installed all the safety devices envisaged by the regulations in
force, in order to reduce the possibility of risks to the minimum
Check the correct connection of the motors, taking into account that the first operation carried out by the control panel is an opening
Check that the first motor to start is motor M1: should this not happen, invert the connection cables to the two motors (terminals 5-6-7
with terminals 8-9-10).
Check that motor M1 starts during opening: should this not take place, invert the connection to terminals 6-7
Check that motor M2 starts during opening: should this not take place, invert the connection to terminals 9-10
Carry out the complete opening operation and adjust the opening limit switches, if present.
Carry out the closure operation, adjusting the leaf displacement delay to guarantee that, until leaf 1 closes completely, the two leafs do
not come into contact with each other.
Check the correct adjustment of the electronic clutch, carrying out the necessary measurement.
Check the correct operation of all safety devices installed in order to reduce the possibility of risk to the minimum.
The personnel designated to use the automation must be trained on the relative controls and safety and protection devices against
hazards deriving from the automation's use.
Fill out the technical booklet and comply with any obligations deriving from regulations in force.
