producT TYpe
The FLEXY control panel was designed to control one or two motors for swinging gates and is equipped with an electronic clutch. DASPI
accepts no responsibility for uses other than those envisaged for the FLEXY control panel.
Leds signalling the status of the inputs to the board (that can be checked after having powered up the control unit)
Flashes during the storing stage or during cancellation of the remote controls
dl1
It is always on, switches off when the opening photocell is engaged (causes the stopping of the motors, upon disengagement
FoTo
ap.
the motors re-start with the opening function) N.C. contact
FoTo
It is always on, switches off when the closing photocell is engaged (causes the re-opening of the gate) N.C. contact
sTop
It is always on, switches off on the Stop command (causes the stopping of the gate) N.C. contact
It is always off, switches on upon the Start command (controls the starting of the gate in opening or in closing mode) N.O.
sTarT
contact
It is always off, switches on upon the pedestrian command (controls only the starting of motor M1 in opening or closing mode)
ped
N.O. contact
Should the above fail to match, check the connections and the efficiency of the various connected devices.
programmiNg aNd adjusTmeNT oF The coNTrol uNiT
The programming of DIP SWITCHES SW and SW1 must always be carried out with the control unit switched off (not powered)
sW
oN
1
Single motor operation. MOTOR 1 output, terminals 5/6/7
Enables the closing of the gate after the photocells have been
2
obscured
sW2
oN
Disables the START command during opening operations
1
(residential use)
Enables the "ramshot" (direction inversion) 2 seconds, fixed, at
2
the start
Enables the separate-commands function (the Start only controls
3
the opening, the Pedestrian only controls the closing)
Trimmers adjusTmeNT: TCA – pause time, DEL – Leafs displacement, WORK – work time
Tca
Adjustment of the automatic
closing, max. 120 seconds.
To disable this, fully rotate the
trimmer in an anticlockwise
direction
adjusTmeNT oF The elecTroNic cluTch
The electronic clutch adjustment must be exclusively carried out by qualified personnel and is one of the most important stages in the
control unit's installation, since the feature has been designed to reduce the risk of crushing to the minimum.
delaY
Adjustment of the leafs displacement delay time
during closing: delays the closure of MOTOR1
between 2 to 15 seconds in order to prevent collisions
between the two leafs. During opening, MOTOR 2 is
delayed by 2 seconds, fixed
oFF
2 motors operation
Function inactive
oFF
START command active also in the opening stage, controls
the stopping of the motor
Disables the ramshot
The Start controls 2 motors and the Pedestrian command
only controls motor M1
Adjustment of the motor's maximum work time,
both in closing and in opening. This must always
be kept 2-3 seconds more than the time actually
necessary for completing the operations.
The adjustment ranges from 5 to 120 seconds.
