TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE

Please consult troubleshooting table below for any issues you may face prior to contacting our sup-
port centre.
PROBLEM
THE UNIT SEEMS TO NOT
HEAT UP OR EMIT ANY
STEAM. POWER INDICATOR
LIGHT DOES NOT TURN ON.
WATER IS LEAKING OUT
OF THE HOLES ON THE
SOLEPLATE.
WHITE STREAKS ARE
LEAKING FROM THE HOLES
ON THE SOLEPLATE.
BROWN STREAKS ARE
LEAKING FROM THE HOLES
ON THE SOLEPLATE AND ARE
STAINING WHITE GARMENTS.
THE SOLEPLATE IS DIRTY
OR STAINED BROWN AND
MAY STAIN THE GARMENT.
CLOTHING IS BECOMING
STUCK TO THE SOLEPLATE.
NO STEAM OR HARDLY ANY
STEAM COMES OUT.

and electrical devices. Do not dispose of this product in the bin, instead going to the electri-
cal and electronic waste collection centre closest to your home.
POSSIBLE CAUSE
The unit is not connected to
electricity.
The unit's circuit breaker is not
switched on
Water has condensed in the
tubing because it is the first
time the unit has been used or
because it has not been used
for some time.
The soleplate is not hot
enough.
Scale has accumulated in the
boiler because it has not been
rinsed regularly.
You are using chemical or
additive descaling agents in
the ironing water.
The iron temperature is too
hot.
The water tank is empty.
SOLUTION
Connect it to the
electrical outlet.
Turn the knob on the circuit
breaker to the on position.
Direct the steam away from the
garment to be ironed until the unit
emits steam correctly.
Wait for the iron to reach the
selected temperature, when the
iron heating indicator light turns
off / The selected temperature
is not compatible with steam
operations, increase the selected
temperature
Rinse out the boiler and check the
filter.
Never add this type of product to
the water tank or the boiler.
Adjust the temperature control
dial to a lower setting.
Fill the water tank.
